🔔 Notification Preferences

• Description: Schedulers can now choose which providers they want to be notified about when on-call availability requests come in. Open the new "Notification Preferences" option from your profile menu icon in the top right, select the providers you want to follow, and save — you'll get a daily email summary for just those providers.

✂️ Split Shift Assignments

• Description: Shifts can now be split into multiple time blocks and assigned to different providers, so a single shift no longer needs one provider to cover the whole duration. When assigning a shift, choose "Assign Partial," drag the range slider to set the block of time you want to cover, and repeat for the remaining time — the calendar and shift lists show each provider's portion, along with a "Partially Assigned" status until every block is covered.

🗺️ Area Filter For Setup Lists

• Description: The Employee and Facility Setup pages now include an area filter, making it faster to narrow down long lists to just the region you're working in.

📇 Client Contact Info On Shifts

• Description: When creating or editing a shift, staff can now optionally enter a client contact name and email address for that shift.

✉️ Unfilled Shift Email Hint

• Description: Added a short explanation under the client contact email field on shifts, clarifying that this address will receive notifications if the shift goes unfilled.

🎓 Training Type Selection

• Description: When scheduling a training event, staff now pick a "Training Type" (Roshal Internal or Client) from a dropdown instead of a simple yes/no toggle, making it clearer what kind of training is being scheduled and when a facility needs to be selected.

🏠 Homebound Clinic Setting

• Description: Clinic facilities can now be marked as "Homebound" when adding a new clinic or editing an existing clinic facility, making it easy to flag and identify homebound service clinics.

• Description: The employee-to-facility association screen now only shows non-clinic facility options and displays a loading indicator while facilities load, so the list no longer appears with stale or incorrect data while fetching.

• Description: Fixed an issue on the timecard editing screen where the entry type dropdown could get cut off and hide some of its options, making certain entry types unselectable.
