📋 Employee Report Cards

• Description: Managers can now view an Employee Report Cards page under Reports, showing each provider's performance metrics for a selected pay period. Pick an area and pay period at the top, then click any provider to open their full report card with period to period trends. Managers see only the areas they oversee.

📧 Unfilled Shift Alerts

• Description: Shift contacts now get an email heads up 48 hours before a shift starts if it still has open coverage, so there's time to act before the day arrives. The message states whether the shift is completely unfilled or only partially filled, and it's sent just once per shift so contacts aren't repeatedly pinged. Alerts go to the contact email saved on the shift (make sure that field is filled in when the shift is created).

🐞 Application Error Bug Fix

• Description: Fixed an issue where the portal could keep using an expired sign in and leave pages stuck or failing in the background with an "Application Error" message. Sessions now refresh reliably.
