📊 Expanded Employee Report Card

• Description: The employee report card now tracks how long encounters take — average encounter time, average echo encounter time, and average encounters per shift — so managers can spot workload and pacing trends at a glance. A new Device Settings section shows how often each employee's phone was configured to share location correctly (precise location, always-on location, and background activity), with tips worded to match what the employee will actually see on their own iPhone or Android settings. The report also loads more smoothly, showing a clear loading indicator instead of briefly reporting that no employees were found.
