📬 Communication Logs Report

• Description: A new Comm Logs report in the Reports menu shows every failed/undelivered/delayed text message and phone call the system sent, with filters for area, type, status and date range. Click any row to open a detail panel with links that take you straight to the related provider, facility, order or clinic request.

⏱️ Weekly Hour Limit Labels

• Description: Four new work schedule types are now available on the employee record: PRN (19 hours/week), Full-Time Standard (40 hours/week), and Traveler and Variable, which have no weekly hour cap and are labeled "no weekly limit."

⚠️ Report Card Error Messages

• Description: If employee report cards can't load, the page now explains what went wrong and offers a "Try again" button instead of leaving you with an empty table or an endless spinner.

🐞 Cleaner Cancellation Reasons

• Description: When an order is cancelled with a free-text "Other" reason, the status column now shortens long explanations so the table stays easy to read. The standard cancellation reasons continue to display in full.
