📗 Send Invoices to QuickBooks

• Description: You can now send invoices straight to QuickBooks from the On-Demand and Scheduled invoicing screens, with the invoice detail automatically attached as a PDF. Send one client at a time, or use Send All to push every billing group for the month in one pass — clients already sent are skipped and clients with no billable activity are reported, so nothing is double-billed. Invoices already sent are clearly marked, and you'll be asked to confirm before creating a duplicate. The first time you use it, click Connect QuickBooks and sign in; from then on it's a single button, and invoices are still reviewed and emailed from QuickBooks as usual.

🔒 Locked Invoice Periods

• Description:  Invoicing now has a Finance tab where you can close out a month and freeze its numbers, so invoice totals stay stable once billing is final. Pick the invoice month, create and lock the archive for that period, and any later changes show up as a clear before-and-after comparison with the dollar difference. If something needs to change after the month is locked, you can add an adjustment with a note, review exactly what it changes, and lock it — leaving a full record of who locked what and when.
