💬 Portal Assistant

• Description: The admin portal has a built-in assistant that answers questions about the page you're on or anything else in the portal. It can cover orders, provider schedules, open shifts, staffing and coverage, operations metrics, PowerBI reports, billing and forecasts, limited to the markets your account can see. To open it, click the assistant icon in the page header or press Ctrl+J. It stays beside your work, so you can keep using the portal while you chat. You can reopen recent conversations from the last 30 days, see and delete the notes it keeps about you, rate each answer with a thumbs up or down, and start a new chat that carries your notes over.

🔒 Secure Email for Wound Care Images

• Description: Wound care orders now have a Secure Email button that sends the order's images and documents to a facility's verified contacts in an encrypted email. Its history view shows every email sent for the order, including delivery status and who received it. Administrators add contacts, send their verification links and revoke access from the new Secure Email tab in facility setup, and only verified contacts can be picked when sending.
