🗺️ Location Map Beside Geocode

• Description: On employee and facility setup, the location map now sits right next to the Latitude and Longitude fields, and its pin moves as soon as you click Update Geocode, so you can check the new spot before you click Save. Facilities can now update their geocode while being edited, and Cancel puts back the saved location. If an address can't be found, you'll see an error message instead of a pin dropped in the wrong place.

🧾 Invoice PDF Export

• Description: Invoice PDFs are now created on our servers instead of in your browser, so exporting and sending invoices should be faster and more reliable. This also speeds up Send All to QuickBooks, because the screen no longer has to step through each billing group to build its PDF

🎓 Portal Training Guide

• Description: A new step-by-step training guide for the admin portal is now under Help → Training Guide in the sidebar. Many screens also have a small help icon next to the page title that opens the guide to the section for that screen.

🤖 Smarter AI Assistant

• Description: The AI assistant now shows its answers in tables you can scroll through and download, and it knows which page and market you're working in. On the Scheduling board it suggests questions to get you started, such as drafting next week's schedule. When a lookup doesn't work, it now tells you whether it was declined on purpose or failed, so you know when it's worth trying again.
