Understanding Why Old Clinics Appear in Your App

This article explains why your app may still show old clinics from past months, even when all tasks are checked off.

Reason for Old Clinics Displaying

The presence of old clinics in your task list is related to the clinic checklists associated with those clinics. Specifically, the following points clarify this issue:

  • Checklist Completion Requirement: Old clinic checklists will remain visible in the assigned provider's task list until every item within that checklist has been marked as completed.
  • Task Completion by Role: Some checklist items can only be completed by an admin, while others can be completed by the provider. All items must be completed, regardless of who is responsible for them, before the checklist is removed from the provider's task list.

Conclusion

If you are seeing old clinics in your app, ensure that all items in the corresponding checklists are completed. This includes verifying that any tasks assigned to admins are also marked as done. If a task says "Admin" next to it, contact the Clinics team to ask them to complete that. Once all items are completed, the old clinics should no longer appear in your task list.
