Why can't I clock in for my shift or clinic?
The clock in button does not show up until five (5) minutes before the start time.
The clock in button will become available five (5) minutes before the start time of the clinic or shift and then it will stay up after the start time until you clock in.
If you need to update the clock in time, please reach out to your manager first and if there is no response, contact the Roshal IT Helpdesk at it-helpdesk@roshalimaging.com .
